Odutola Oluwasegun Gbenga was born on the 13 March 1979 at Kugba in Abeokuta South Local Government.

Segun had his primary education at Federal Polytechnic Primary School Ilaro before proceeding to the  Anglican Grammar School for his secondary education. He is an almnus of the Olabisi Onabanjo University where he bagged a BSc in industrial and Labour relations.

Segun is married with four children also self employed as a gadget technologist.
